Nominate a representative for their country to participate in the ETC committee meetings, at least at the meeting at the occasion of the conference. This representative is typically a member of the National Engineering Association, but not necessarily a member of the officers or staff of that association.
Contribute to the mailing of the call for papers and the conference programme in their countries
Organize (at their own risk and benefit) the ETC in their countries in the situation that: a) they submit such an offer to the ETC Committee and b) if their offer is endorsed by the ETC Committee
Accept to not organize any events which could be detrimental to the organization of the ETC e.g. organize an international turbomachinery conference in direct competition to the ETC, organise other turbomachinery related international seminars close to the date of the ETC
There are no other obligations or financial implications.
