The 11th European Conference on Turbomachinery Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics (ETC 11) is held in March 2015 in Madrid (Spain), beginning on Monday, March 23 and concluding on Friday, March 27. The 5 days technical program is supplemented with a series of social events over the week fostering international friendship, discussions collaborative ventures in the frame of the European Project E_CAERO2 aimed to the harmonization of the European Scientific dissemination in aeronautics and astronautics.
The conference will be held at Faculty of Sciences for Physical Activity and Sport (INEF) of Technical University of Madrid (UPM) Campus, which is situated 1 kilometers from the city center (see map on the last page) and 900 metros from the School of Aeronautics and Space Engineering. The INEF complex is formed by 3 building, one high-rise buildings central in the middle and one each side independent buildings with a ground floor only. The registration is at the main entrance at the left building Hall, at the back of this hall is the Auditorium where the invited lectures take place every morning. The auditorium is the University’s largest hall and offers room for 584 people which have the access thought the left small building or thought the path at left side of the left independent building. The 3 conference sessions will be take place in three lectures halls, two of them in the left building Hall International and Auditorium “José María Cagigal” and other one in the right building Classroom Great.

Conference Registration and Information Desk
The registration desk will be open from 8:00 AM until the early afternoon, from Monday March 23 till Friday, March 27 at the conference venue.
The conference proceedings, in CD support, will be available on-site for attendees. A limited number of additional copies will be available on-site for 50 €, as well.

The authors who are presenting their paper and the session chairs will meet for a short briefing fifteen minutes before the start of their session in the session room. Please attend on the day of your session only.
Time of Presentation
Each paper will be allocated 30 minutes, including introduction and question-and-answer period) except where noted otherwise. Concurrent sessions will maintain uniform starting times.
Each session room will be pre-set with the following equipment: an overhead projector, a computer projection system, a screen, a microphone and a PC (Windows 7, MS Office 2010, Adobe Acrobat Reader). Special audio-visual equipment which has been requested in advance will be available.

Smoking is not allowed in the conference venue. Smoking is only allowed outside of the buildings.
Coffee, tea and small snacks will be served during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks at the conference venue.
Lunch and Break Time
A working lunch is included in the registration fee that will be served from Monday to Thursday at “Café de Oriente –Museo del Traje”. The duration of the lunch time will be 90 minutes.
